DOREEN RISO

Doreen Riso is an ambitious senior at Pratt Institute pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design (BID). She is driven by a desire to create designs that are both effective and enjoyable to use, and at the same time help people to express their individuality. Her work is inspired by the interplay of color and texture, evoking a handmade quality to her creations. She is drawn to linework and organic shapes in her 3D designs as well as in her 2D illustrations outside of school. She has brought her ideas to life, developing complex designs that run with her imagination. Her goal is to join a like-minded team of creators and contribute to making beautiful and functional pieces that will be cherished for years to come.
