KIKKERLAND DESIGN CHALLENGE
In my fall semester of 2023, I participated in a design challenge in collaboration with Kikkerland and Barnes & Noble. This experience provided valuable insights into the product offerings of these companies and their significance for book enthusiasts. The challenge tasked all students with developing a design tailored for "book lovers" to be sold at Barnes & Noble. It proved to be an enjoyable avenue for gaining hands-on experience in prototyping real-world, market-ready products. ANNOTATION GARDEN
The Annotation Garden includes a set of stickers that transform your annotations into a flourishing garden within the pages of your favorite books!
The pack consists of 4 types of stickers: a rose for romantic annotations, a hyacinth for poignant moments, a yellow daisy for joyous points in the book, and a blade of grass used to mark crucial details.
​The user can pluck flowers and blades of grass from the garden packaging and use them to mark their favorite pages. The annotation garden is carefully crafted for everyone of all reading levels, encouraging those new and longtime book-lovers to watch their literary gardens blossom with every annotation!
